职位描述：
General Responsibilities:
1.Daily operation handling included: receive and confirm the orders，coordinate with vendors for vehicle arrangement and follow up the SOP and KPI to present a qualified service level to the customers
日常客服运营工作，包括订单处理，与供应商协调车辆安排,后续SOP及KPI追踪等。
2.Physical daily warehousing operations in warehouse according to the related process;
根据流程在仓库进行操作
3.Take qualified records for each operation;
对每个操作进行记录
4.Full compliant with sop，5s, safety rule and regulation; ensure warehouse security and safety;
遵守操作流程，5s, 安全规则; 确保仓库的安全
5.Warehouse supervisor backup;
仓库主管的backup

Detailed Responsibilities:
1.System maintenance, including order key in, master data input and update the tracking information when goods in transportation.
负责系统订单录入以及基础数据的维护,货物在途信息更新等。
2.Perform spot operations including but not limit to receiving/put away/picking /repacking/dispatch according to SOP;
根据标准操作流程进行现场操作包括但不仅限于收货/存储/打包/发送急件
3.POD collection and archiving
业务回单的收集、整理与归档；
4.Establish good relationship with client and perform maintenance;
建立和保持与客户的良好关系
5.Assist whs Sup to ensure operations accuracies/whs security and safety;
辅助仓库主管确保操作的正确性以及仓库的安全性
6.Assist WHS Sup to carry out cycle count to ensure inventory accuracy;
辅助仓库主管执行周期性清点以确保仓库存货的正确性
7.Monitor the status from system at any time. As soon as discovering any abnormal status, report to the team leader immediately.
随时监控系统中的货物状况。只要发现异常，及时向主管汇报
8.Work OT when necessary,
必要时需要加班
9.Assume other tasks if need

Qualifications Requirements
Knowledge & Skills have forklift driver license, good command of English and PC skills.
         知识和技能 熟练操作叉车，有叉车证，良好的英语水平及电脑技能
Education & Training College or above, Skilled in Reading and Writing English.
         教育和培训 大专以上学历，英语读写能力熟练
Experience Warehousing operation and SAP System operation experience is preferred
         工作经验 有仓库及SAP系统操作经验者优先
