Job Responsibilities:
1. Independently provides hardware compliance test plan, setup test case and release test report for projects. Implement CE or UL pre-test, cooperate with 3rd part agency for final certification
2. Peer to relevant organization and committee, get latest version regulations and standards; synchronize with R&D team, provide design support from regulation side.
3. Ensure a good cooperation with other BU in Siemens, participate global review meeting, implement Siemens internal norm.
4. Rich of EMC design knowledge, supervise and provide EMC technical support to projects. Ensure a robot design, reliability design.
5. Provide and guide, mentor and support to junior engineer via trainings, lectures, etc. Enhance the capability for reliable design, benefit to whole team member.
6. Ensure all the designs comply with EMC, CE, CCC, UL, etc. Ensure the R&D products obey to company quality, Ensure design according to RoHS & WEEE compliance.
7. Advanced understanding of EMC issues, good at problem solving, deeply study the regulation and master its spirits. Participate discussions within compliance team, get common understandings and implement into daily work. Ensure a good quality design.
8. Implement global R&D process, advanced understanding of PEP process, provide process support to engineers, suggest process improvement to PEP core team.

Job Requirements:
1. 5-8 years related working experience in compliance accordance fields;1-3 years EMC design and test experience (e.g. Burst, EFT, ESD, RE, RI...)
2. Experienced in EMC design, good at reliability design experience
3. Working experience under regular project management and process control
4. Good at the operation for EMC test equipment, and test case setup;Good command of EMC design skill, reliability design, thermal analysis
5. Good command of EMC component technology, deeply understand its specifications and working methods
6. Knowledge of HVAC product is advantage
7. Experience in international companies is advantage
8. Good command of oral, writing, reading English
