Job Responsibilities:
1. Designs systems and product level solutions including
- authoring design documentation
- facilitation of design reviews
- partitioning of functional content to provide design leadership and expertise on project teams.
2. Acts as software architect in a project and lead the software development activities by
- (sometimes may) leading the work of more junior engineers
- (usually) involving in project planning, reviews and inspections of project deliverables
3. Reports and investigates defects by
- providing clear descriptions of causal scenarios and impact on product's quality and performance
- leading the taskforce to resolve issue
- managing issue through to resolution
4. Coaching of junior level engineers, improve organizational plan compliance and capability
5. Innovate and maintain technological basis by
- Participating in identifying new, potentially promising technologies for existing and new products
- Evaluating feasibility and authoring reports
to keep the organization to the right direction of technology
6. Participate in team construction and appraisal activities by
- interviewing team candidates
- contributing to performance evaluations in role as lead project engineer or project manager to provide more opinions to help enhance team productivities

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor or above degree in computer science, software engineering, control, etc.
2. Above 5 years experience in software development, Embedded system development experience is required. (Driver, Front-End system, Protocol implementation etc)
3. Advanced understanding of development and design methodologies to implement high quality system and product level solutions.
4. Good Object Oriented analysis and design skills, Operating Systems Knowledge (Win, Linux, etc. and RTOS), Language Implementation Skills (Assembly, C/ C++, VC or .Net, etc.)
5. Agile development experience will be a plus.
6. The knowledge of compiler implement and linux environment development will be a plus.
7. Experienced in international companies is advantage
8. Team spirit, good command of communication skills
9. Good command of English
