Local strategic responsibility for existing and new global/local Apogee Building Automation System portfolio. Analyze, define and help establish the right product portfolio that fits the Chinese market and is competitive.

Responsibility:
1. Define and prioritize technical and commercial market requirements proposals for new products and enhancements .Then feed them into global roadmap and achieve realization for them.
2. Support global product managers in capturing the market requirements for products, enhancements and applications in China.
3. Roll out new product developments and enhancements successfully to Siemens internal sales offices in China for both local and some global products.
4. Analyze and monitor market situation, competitors, technologies, new trends etc. and ensure the optimal strategic positioning for Apogee in China including product prices, total installed effort and price etc.
5. Support global portfolio efforts for Siemens Apogee Building Automation System. Monitor the sales results for Apogee in China

Requirement:
1. Sales marketing and product management experience
BAS engineering, communication, programming languages, system structure
HVAC engineering, design, and installation
2. Experience with project management and processes in R&D development of BAS products
3. Experience with project management and team management preferred
4. Ability and wish to work in a multi-cultural environment
