We are looking for an experienced and hardworking Sales and Service members to join our startup’s front of house team. There is a specific focus on sales systems and processes and customer insight to help build the sales teams in our centers.
This is a newly created role with significant autonomy and flexibly for the right people. Our company is growing fast in a new and exciting market, therefore there is healthy opportunity for personal growth and development. Initial responsibility will be to establish the first sales and service team.
The key responsibilities of the role include:
? To establishing new in-center sales systems and processes.
? To establish, lead and train initial sales teams in the first and later second center..
? To lead the team in delivering on increasingly ambitious monthly and quarterly sales targets.
? To help in building customer understanding and so contribute to developing the brand’s long-term product offering.
? To help develop and build long term training and employee management systems for the sales and customer services teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree is required with a major in Sales, Marketing, Advertising preferred
1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing
Good sales and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, and proactive individual with a positive attitude
Outstanding teamwork, organizational and interpersonal skills, with tremendous attention to details.
Ability to deal with multiple projects and tasks effectively and establish priorities
Self-directed, and self-confident individual with achievement and sales oriented
