职位描述：
（一）工作职责：
1.根据公司总体市场战略制定营销计划、目标并组织实现。
2.新用户资源渠道的建立与现有用户资源渠道的维护。
3.主导及负责部门内项目投标工作。
4.负责营销团队的建设以及销售人员的培养工作。
5.负责电能服务业务的市场开发，电能服务业务包括：电能服务云平台、用电在线监测系统等平台类业务；配电室代维护、电气试验等运维类业务；用电安全评估、电费评估、需求响应等评估类业务；电气工程、节能工程等工程类业务。
（二）任职资格：
1、电气工程及自动化、市场营销等相关专业，大专及以上学历。
2、电力行业、节能行业从业经验，5年以上大、中企业销售工作经验。
3、营销团队带队经验。
4、有车。
5、持有建造师、中高级工程师、中高级项目经理等资格证书者优先考虑。
