职位描述：
Duty Statement:

1.Be able to run training projects such as Cook Programs national wide independently

2.Support training projects such as SMAP’F in the Region

3.Be able to deliver training courses on site e.g. Basic English & Basic Service

4.Conduct & coordinate New Site Induction in North Region

5.Maintain training records and provide training reports and analysis on a regular basis

Requirement:

1.University degree holder with 1-2 years related professional experience in a multinational organization

2.Quick learner and willing to share

3.Have a positive working attitude, strong process thinking & taking initiatives

4.Good time management,

5.good communication (listen, understanding, expression)skills both in oral and written form

6.Have team spirit and service spirit.

7.Have a sound computer application knowledge with skillful use of MS Office and Outlook are required.
工作内容：
1.带领、协同入职培训项目，独立完成一线员工的培训课程；
2.提供基础通用课程培训，如英语、礼仪等；
3.生成培训记录、报告、数据分析等。
任职要求：
1.30岁以下，培训岗位工作经验2年以上；
2.能使用英语作为工作语言，听说读写流畅；
3.熟练使用PPT、EXCEL、WORD办公软件，同时掌握OUTLOOK尤佳；EXCEL要能够掌握Vlookup函数、数据透视；数据分析中 会使用饼图、柱图等；
4.外向开朗，亲和力强，学习能力突出，能够掌控多任务线时间安排。 举报 分享
