岗位职责：
Role Accountabilities:
- Make Daily data report including effluent report, water consumption report, feed refusal report, milk sales report, milk quantity and quality monitor report and other weekly, monthly reports
- Daily farm tour with farm manager and HS supervisor
- Follow up improvement action plan
- Attend the safety meeting, HS NM/PI investigation meeting.
- Responsible for HR operations, eg. on boarding, monthly attendance collection, contract renewal, exit, etc..
- Help farm manager to make other reports if needed
- Help farm manager to solve some operation problems.
- Renew and keep all of the SOPs records with the operations supervisor
Input and revise PR/PO for farm procurement
- Assist the procurement team to track down the feed orders, delivery date and monitor the feed quality
- Purchase some other items as required by procurement dept
- Assist the Finance team to record the invoice, payment terms and also list out the necessary payments
- Milk sample test, Feed sample test, water sample test
- Use the Feedwatch software to feed cows
- Keep relations with relevant government departments and timely renew certificates
Attend production meeting and make meeting memo and push supervisors to implement their required actions
RMP Management and prepare relevant materials for audit
On behalf of Farm Manager, contact suppliers for equipments maintenance
Translation for Farm Manager and other occasion when required
Other assignments given by Farm Manager
Health & Safety Accountabilities – Individual Contributor
The employee will identify and report all hazards and incidents.The employee will participate fully in the Health & Safety improvement process.The employee will co-operate fully in any injury management process to ensure full participation in the workforce after cleared fit for duties by a registered medical practitioner.
Food Safety and Quality Accountabilities– Individual Contributor
The employee will be familiar with and comply with all aspects of JV’s food quality systems, policies and processes.The employee will identify and report all food safety and/or food quality hazards or breaches.The employee will report any instance of suspected and/or confirmed contagious/infectious diseases, which has the potential to implicate food safety, including any instance of vomiting, diarrhoea, or blood borne infections. This includes, but is not limited to, any local regulatory requirements.
Qualifications：
1. Bachelor degree, major in English is preferred.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office; use English as a working language in both written and spoken.
3. Working in a multi-cultured company is preferred.
