Global Public Relationship Company General Manager - Beijing

Our client is the leading international b2b communications agency specialized in industrial media relations programmes. Our client support clients by delivering practical communications programmes around the globe.

Job Description:

1. Run whole teams’ operation independently, achieve planned target.
独立执行部门运营计划,完成部门既定的业绩指标

2. Manage communications programs and special projects. Participate in new business development and support organizational initiatives.
丰富的公关传播全案服务和项目执行管理经验,具备优秀的资源开发和整合能力

3. Develop and grow senior level client relationships. To add value, maintain and grow new business opportunities.
在保持并深入客户合作关系的同时,积极维护并拓展客户资源,具有开拓新客户的资源和能力

4. Good perspicacity on marketing strategy and PR plan, have ability to give clients good comments and business advice
具备敏锐的市场意识和优秀的公关策划能力,擅于为客户提供专业化咨询和建议

5. Excellent writing skill on proposal and PR plan’s making, complete bidding, preparation and implementation independently with team
深厚的公关专业知识和文字功底,丰富的全案规划整合能力和优秀的提案能力

6. Make sales operations planning in order to develop and pitch new business opportunities, make cost control and quality control
制定部门的业务拓展计划,并负责项目的成本控制及实施工作的执行和协调

7. Good leading, coordinating and organizing skills. Be able to independently lead and train team to complete projects and pitch new business opportunities.
优秀的团队领导能力,能够独立完成团队的管理、培训及新业务的拓展

Requirements:

1. Over 10-year working experience on PR industry, same job responsibilities are highly preferred
十年以上公关行业的工作经验,并担任同等职务

2. Good skill on communication and coordination, good skill on problem-solving
良好的沟通及协调能力,并具有积极解决问题的工作态度

3. Good knowledge on IT, Auto, Telecom, Household products, Electric ware sector, strong background knowledge is highly preferred
熟悉IT、汽车、通讯、消费品、家电等行业,具有一定的行业和客户资源积累

4. Good knowledge on project and process management, as well as cost control and quality control
熟悉公关项目的流程控制,包括成本预算,质量和进度控制

5. Good planning and organizing skill
良好的计划及组织技巧

6. Good team-spirit, and could upload hard works
很强的责任感和团队合作精神;能够承担工作压力且具有较高的工作效率

7. Excellent spoken and written English, able to communicate with clients via email, conference call and in person
优秀的英语口语和写作水平,能够熟练运用英语与客户进行邮件往来及面对面沟通

8. Good computer skills, especially Microsoft office software
良好的计算机技能,特别是办公室软件
