Job Description:
This position is responsible for the day to day accounting functions, provide leadership in financial accounting disciplines and maintain the accuracy of the accounting data flowing through the company’s global accounting system and local system. The Financial Manager will be mainly in charge for company’s business segments in China mainland and Hong Kong, and report to Asia Controller directly.
Job Description
1. Review accounting vouchers & records to ensure the accuracy and integrity of accounting records and transactions in accordance to International Accounting Principles, Chinese local statutory requirements
2. Perform month-end journal entries to close the books on a monthly basis in accordance with company deadlines and oversee or reconcile (if needed) general ledger accounts
3. Oversee closing activities to make sure closing is conducted smoothly and timely.
4. Consolidate and complete overall financial statement that includes all China entities and branches
5. Oversee monthly tax calculation and declaration & reporting, represent company to communicate with Tax Bureau when it’s needed
6. Interface with internal and external auditors for control testing and audit requirements
7. Review processes to help streamline accounting activities, perform analysis and critically review all general ledger balances to ensure financial statement accuracy
8. Lead, train and manage the team and collaborate with other accounting functions
9. Assist Asia Controller or company's senior management in dealing with ad-hoc matters
The Successful Applicant
1. Bachelor degree and above major in Finance/Accounting.
2. Minimum 8-10 years financial and General Ledger experience with at least 2 year at managerial experience.
3. HK accounting book and tax experience and CPA are plus
4. Detailed, prudent and professional spirit especially on figures, with effective and efficient working performance; excellent problem solving skills and ability to meet strict deadlines.
5. Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
6. Excellent Microsoft Office skills
7. Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and spoken 举报 分享
