The Job:
At the heart of our business lies our enterprise application. It is designed, developed and maintained by our development team. As our company expands rapidly, we need more help to support this application. That is your job.

A typical day involves interaction with our internal and external users and dealing with a wide range of requests and issues. This could consist of reconfiguring the application to addressing some new business requirements, troubleshooting user errors or application bugs, fixing data mismatch within a large MySQL database, or addressing all kinds of operational issues that have direct business impact with the support of our global IT team.

Our rapid company expansion leads to new opportunities every day. This role is very open and can lead to involvements in business analysis, software development and project management.

The Candidate:
You should be an analytical problem solver, constantly looking for challenges and great at multitasking. You can think creatively and are not afraid to bring new ideas to the table. You like having people rely on you and enjoy helping others. You care about doing things properly but you get things done regardless of the hurdles.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

? Bachelor degree or above;
? Fluent in spoken and written English;
? Strong work ethic
? Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical staff in a multicultural environment
? Strong customer-centric attitude, analytical problem solving ability and organisational skills
? Ability to understand complex business logic and complex enterprise applications
? Be an analytical problem solver, constantly looking for challenges and great at multitasking
? HTML programming experience
? Basic SQL knowledge
? Team Player
