职位描述：
Responsibilities
? Understand how the system works; Do detailed analyses on business requirements and functions;
? Decide testing strategy, testing scope; Specify test cases;
? Perform test cases; report defects within the appropriate description;
? Follow up the process of defects, and do regression testing;
? Participate in automation testing, set up test environment, code and run scripts;
? Assist the project manager in controlling the product quality and risks.

Qualification and Skills:
? Junior college graduate or above, majored in Computer or related subjects, 1-3 years of related working experience;
? Experienced in making test plan, test case and test report;
? Familiar with testing workflow and standard, know common test support tools;
? Familiar with B/S framework and test method of Web Browser products;
? Familiar with common SQL;
? Basic knowledge of coding;
? Familiar with project management tools. (e.g. Jira, QC);
? Independent logic thinking. Fast learner. Analyze business requirements, review the log and track the issues;

? Easy-going, team player, detail oriented and able to work under pressure;
? Fluent English in both oral and written is a plus;
? Experienced in mobile device testing is a plus;
? Experienced in automation testing is a plus (mainly on selenium/Appium);
? Experienced in social networking background is a plus;

职责：
理解系统工作原理，对测试需求或功能做透彻分析；
制定测试策略，完成测试范围、测试用例的编写工作；
执行测试用例，快速准确定位及清晰描述所发现的缺陷；
跟踪缺陷修复进度，并进行回归验证；
参与项目自动化测试，搭建测试环境，编写脚本，执行测试；
协助项目经理把控测试进度，控制产品质量及风险；

资质和技能：
计算机软件或相关专业大专及以上学历，1-3年软件测试工作经验；
具有编写测试计划、测试用例和测试报告的工作经验；
熟悉测试工作流程与测试执行规范，掌握常用测试工具；
熟悉B/S架构、Web Browser软件产品的测试方法；
熟悉Mysql数据库，熟悉常用SQL语言；
有一定的代码基础，能读懂简单的代码逻辑；
熟悉项目管理工具，如Jira, QC等；
具备独立思考及快速学习能力，分析业务需求，查看日志，定位问题；
具备良好的沟通协调能力及熟练的书面表达技能；
有高度的责任心和团队协作精神；
能快速适应新的工作环境，抗压能力强；
英语听说读写流利者优先；
有移动端（Android, iOS）测试经验优先；
有自动化测试经验优先（主要Selenium，Appium）；
有社交互联网项目背景优先；
