职位描述：
岗位职责：
1 Receives Test Request from Technical project leader, Competence Center Engineer or Customer Service Engineer. Test request is submitted. 接收试验需求申请
2 Makes reservation of testing capacity (in agreement with Testing Coordinator), about test schedule inform requestor. 制定试验计划，预定试验资源
3 Performs check of the units before testing (marking, setting compliance with Test Request)试验测试前对样品进行检查
4 Performs test set-up 进行试验设置
5 Responsible for test execution 全程跟踪试验过程
6 Responsible for shock/strut qualified analysis and reporting via Test Request database试验结束对样品进行分析
7 Communicates timing issues with requestor 与试验需求者沟通试验相关问题
8 Based on assigned Test Request identify missing tooling, and order it根据试验设计并定制工装
9 Participate on testing area improvement参与试验室改造项目
10 Responsible to keep 5S at the testing area incl. cleaning on daily basis负责试验区域5S
11 Instrumentation related, Execute and update TPM level 1 and 2 设备相关工作，协助安装验收设备，执行设备维护保养
12 Support to get the certificate for ISO 17025 and customer certificate 协助试验室17025认证工作及其他客户的认证工作

任职要求：
Education/ Certification 教育背景/证书：
l Bachelor or higher education degree required with focus on mechanical discipline
大学本科及以上学历，汽车相关专业或机械专业
 
Work Experience 工作经验：
l Candidate expected to be equipped with good technical understanding， analytical abilities and experience
2年以上汽车行业或机械行业工作经验，有较强的理解力和分析能力
 
Specialized Skills/Knowledge 专业技能/知识：
l NVH & acoustics knowledge NVH及声学方面知识
l Strong analytical abilities 较强的分析能力
l Very good observation abilities required during samples analysis after testing
较强的观察能力，能够准确的识别与理解相关机械图纸
 
Work Requirement 工作要求：
l Well organized 良好的组织能力
l Natural attitude to perform related activities on time; 有很强的时间及项目节点意识

Tenneco (Beijing) Ride Control Systems Co., Ltd (short for TBRC) established in 1995, is the earliest joint-venture company that Tenneco has invested in China. The joint venture partners are world-known Tenneco Automotive (TA), which owns 65% equity, and Beijing Automotive Industry Holding Co., Ltd. (BAIC), which owns 35% equity. The Register Funds is USD8.3 million. TBRC is engaged in designing, developing, manufacturing and marketing automotive shock absorbers. As a part of Tenneco’s global network, TBRC can fully share Tenneco's global accumulated technical experience and world leading design ideas. Additionally with advanced production equipments and process technology, it fully ensures that TBRC can provide high-quality shock absorbers to any OE customers around the world as per their demands.

TBRC locates at Wutong Road, Tongzhou Industry Development Zone of Tongzhou district in Beijing. The plant occupies an area of 30,774 m2 with construction area of 14,000 m2. Under more than ten years' development, now the company has the annual production capacity of 2.5 million units of shock absorbers. Along with its growth, TBRC has established good cooperation relationships with main OEMs in China, including FAW-VW, SGM, CFMA, DPCA, Beijing Hyundai, JMC, Changhe Suzuki, etc with supplying high-quality shock absorbers for high-level passenger cars such as Audi C6, EII, Parking Avenue, Focus, Mazda 3, Volvo S40, Peugeut307, Transit, Grand Caravan, etc.

In order to better serve the OE customers, TBRC builds its own JIT warehouses in Changchun, Shanghai, Wuhan, Chongqing, and Jing Dezhen, which ensures the fast and convenient logistics service.
