Position objective
? Proactively prepare MDM data package (Dangerous goods Code, Custom Terrify code, Weight, Country of origin, pricing under ARP strategy (Atlas Copco Pricing Concept)) for MRS parts products.
? Actively support CC parts order for problem inquiry/order via ACIGN system for all Nanjing based parts
? Contribute to Capital Machine/MRS project development and MDM process, system and new missions development.
? Cross hubs team cooperation for good global performance in supporting customer center.
? MRS Engineering daily maintenance and supporting responsibility.

Specific tasks and responsibilities
? Define Spare Parts of a machine considering service of machine and commercial feasibility of MRS parts business. Make sure correct parts are set as spare parts with high quality master data.
? Cooperate with Sourcing, Engineering, Technical Service and Marketing to prepare the MDM package data in the systems as well as pricing.
? Be proactive and strongly contribute to having a complete list of spare parts prepared and priced and in stock before the launch of a machine. Establish recommended spare parts proposal for all our capital equipment when needed based on information from Product Manager and Technical Service.
? Maintain complete level of master data and actively increase master data quality. Price Revision quality check 2 times/year (price, custom code, country of origin, weight, DG, etc.).
? Secure ACIGN issues are claimed and finished in timely manner according to our target: part number creation, master data and pricing are delivered in the fastest way to the Customer Center.
? Cross hubs (offices) support to the global MDM team performance in ACIGN.
? Perform a various of different engineering work:
o Act as main bridge window between capital D&D and MRS internal functions
o Involving in CN process with capital R&D in each stage, distribute, coordinate all subsequent activities within MRS
o MRS CN approval (service kits, overhaul kits, OEM part kits, supplier replacement, , local supplier requests for replacement for aftermarket parts)
o Spare parts maintenance in Team Center
o Attend development projects of MRS Products and features, such as technology upgrades and new options
o Support strategic purchasing in branding, localization and supplier evaluation process
o Support MRS other internal functions with engineering input

Formal knowledge and experience needed
? Bachelor’s degree required preferably with technical knowledge.
? English is required, good computer skills and knowledge about the ERP system Movex/M3 and Microsoft office tools like Excel. Knowledge about PLM system (DEMO, Team Center) is an advantage.
? Analytical skills with a structured and accurate way of working are preferred. Self-starter and ability to take responsibility of the mission is a prerequisite. 举报 分享

矿山与岩石开挖服务部：通过为客户提供全方位的服务来实现生产力的最大化。该部门注重于备件供应、专业服务、支持解决方案和培训，并在中国、瑞典和美国设立物流中心。其总部位于瑞典的Mrsta。
