职位描述：
Responsibility
? Will be a key member of the Digital team and will manage projects from inception through to delivery
? Will be responsible for delivery of the User Experience, User Interaction and Interface Design, Development, Testing and User testing of a project -working closely with a team of Business Analysts and Product Owners
? Will be a pro-active character capable of driving the project forwards in a positive way - with a hunger for inspiring change and operational improvement
? Will have a knowledge of Agile and an understanding of Jira, potentially also MS Office
? Will work with a passionate and fun dedicated team - on a day to day basis the role will involve:
o Requirements gathering with UX team and Business Analyst
o UX, Design management
o Development management with third party teams
o Creation of process proposals including project plans and timelines
o Backlog management with the Business Analyst and Product Owner
o Sprint to sprint planning and timetable to ensure on-time implementation
o Running of all meetings with the delivery teams
o Management, escalation and mitigation of delivery risk, and stakeholder management at all levels
o Helping to plan and conduct user research and usability tests
o Creating great work that meets business objectives
Qualification/Experience:
? Experience of running delivery of Agile projects is essential. An understanding of best practice Agile Project Management approaches and how to apply them, but don’t necessarily have a certificate
? At least 3 to 5 years industry experience working across large websites, mobile to desktop. Could be from an agency or client side - but either way, should have hands on experience managing UX and Design and Development teams
? Experience working on creative projects with an appreciation of design and understanding of the creative process
? Experience in managing the delivery of complex, ideally transactional, interfaces
? Experience working with offshore teams and agencies
? Experience on projects that span across application layers, front end to back end
? Experience working in large multi-national companies, with multiple functional team teams and stakeholders preferred
? Working proficiency in English
? Familiarity and appreciation of the strengths and weaknesses of a range of technologies 举报 分享
