Position: Banking Accountant

Division/Department: Finance

Location: Beijing

Your Responsibilities:

? Make APP payments timely and accurately

? Prepare supporting documents for overseas payments

? Prepare Treasury Center orders

? Operate the Group WIPS system

? Issue VAT invoices

? Update bank information timely

? Maintain the payment notice distribution system

? Make bank reconciliation

? Maintain payment authorizations with banks

? Maintain internal signature specimen

? Assist to improve accounting process and procedures

? Other duties assigned by superiors

Our Requirements:

? University graduate, majored in accounting or related fields

? 1-2 years related working experiences

? Good command of English and/or German

? Work proactively with responsible attitude and reliable for any assigned works by the company

? Good team spirit and inter-person communication skills
