Mission :

In our Buying office, your main missions will be:

- To assist merchandiser to follow up orders and push suppliers to be under the schedule.

- Be responsible for the administration work(send EMS/UPS/Express, order stationary, type/copy documents, etc...).

- To sort out and make nice order for all samples.

- Help merchandiser to arrange meetings.

- Be able to communicate with QC team, and all other teams in the company.

- Understand the meaning of deadline.

Profile :

- You are organized, rigorous, open minded, good communication.

- Be interested in garments, fashion and very focused on details.

- You have basic computer skills with software WORD, EXCEL.

- You are FLUENT in ENGLISH (compulsory).

- You can come at least 3 days per week from 1st September 2012, and insure at least stay 6 months on this position.

- Major in English/Textile/Clothing Design & Engineer will be preferred.
