Mission :
In our buying office, your main mission will be:

- To guarantee the follow up of orders and push suppliers/ head office to be under the schedule.
- To ensure that the suppliers are following properly our requirements (process, quality control, lab-tests...)
- To ensure the delivery of the goods on time and be able to offer short time delivery
- To establish a good and efficient communication with our suppliers, and your colleagues.
- To set up a proper and complete file in case of claim with the suppliers in order to give all the accurate information to your manager

Profile :
You have 3 to 5 years experience in woven field.
You have a strong knowledge of the different kind of woven fabric,washing, printing method.
You are familiar with the woven industrial process (weaving, printing,washing, making).
You have already worked for an European brand for kidswear and a buying office.
You are detailed and rigorous in your work load.
Effective communication with factory technicians and production managers in China.
You have experience and strong skill to solve problem and difficult situations.
You have basic computer skills with software WORD, EXCEL.
You are FLUENT in ENGLISH (compulsory).

Place of Work = Unit 2201, super Ocean Finance Center, Xian Xia Lu #8, Changning district, 20036 SHANGHAI.
