As part of our continued growth, we seek a hardware engineer to lead our hardware designs, lab management and lab testing support.

The role
Working in the CTC team based in Beijing, you will:
? Test board hardware design including schematic and PCB design.
? Test board soldering and maintenance.
? Assist the design engineer to complete IC chip lab testing work
? Cooperate with design engineer as project outside technical contact window.
? Lab management, instruments and device investigate and purchase.

What we are looking for
? BS Electronic Engineering or Electrical Engineering, and above.
? 3+ years’ experience in system hardware design and debugging.
? Proficient in test/analysing equipment just like signal generator, scope and so on. Familiar with EDA design tool, such as PADS, Orcad Allegro or Protel.
? Able to analyse and resolve technical problems independently.
? Experience in lab management including instrument and component maintenance and purchase.
