Responsibility
-Handling daily MRP issues, release plan orders to purchasing department in time and correctly, follow up and control the delivery time and qty, deal with any problems may occurred and keep relevant people informed
-Responsible for material planning, coordinate, push and track especially missing materials and ensure non-interruption in production and also control available stock
-Follow up the imported and exported orders, and coordinate with delivery issues in efficient air/sea shipments
-Check the estimate delivery time of signed order, future big project, and coordinate with the relevant colleague or customer
-Make, maintain and follow up monthly forecast planning and stock orders, adjust and update safety stock, lot size for purchasing and production items
-Do analysis of monthly backlog, coordinate to realize monthly delivery target, and deadline control for some special situations
-Finish other assigned tasks

Requirement
-Bachelor degree or above, economic, international trade, supply chain management or a related field is preferred
-With some experience of material scheduling/production planning/purchasing in multinational or German company will be a plus, fresh graduates are also ok
-Good reading and written English skills, fluent oral English will be a plus
-Active, hard-working, strong organizational skills, strong responsibility and quickly-adapted
-Highly developed, demonstrated teamwork skills, good communications and negotiation, and strong problem solving skills
-Good command of MS Office, familiar with SAP or MRP system is preferred
-Living in Pudong especially Nanhui district is preferred

职责

-处理日常MRP操作，准确及时将订单发至采购部，协调跟踪订单交货情况，控制发货时间及数量，及时处理相关异常情况并反馈给相关人员

-负责物料计划，尤其跟踪协调缺失物料，确保生产所需并有效控制库存

-跟踪进出口订单情况，协调安排空海运发货事宜

-对于已签订单或潜在大项目核查预计交货期，并与相关人员/客户协调

-每月制定及维护批量产品的计划及预测，及时更新安全库存及采购/生产批量

-分析月未发货订单情况，协调完成月发货指标

-完成其他指派的工作

要求

-本科以上学历，经济/国际贸易/供应链管理或相关专业为佳

-物料计划/生产计划/采购等相关工作经验为佳，应届毕业生也可

-良好的英文阅读和书写能力，口语流利为佳

-工作积极主动，有较强的解决问题能力、条理性及责任心，适应性强

-有较强的团队合作意识及良好的沟通能力

-熟练运用Office办公软件，熟悉SAP或相关MRP系统为佳
