As a Manger you will
- Responsible for HR consulting project deliverables accuracy and quality related to organization design, executive compensation, short term incentive, performance management, HR process, change management, HR technology solutions etc.
- Plan scope of work, monitor supervise and review work of staff on Human Capital engagements
- Draft reports for partner review and report of findings to clients in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance within the team with Deloitte policies and quality/performance standards
- Actively involve in major client pursuits including proposal preparation
- Manage and supervise senior and junior staff in day to day work
- Be responsible for group administration, training, overall evaluation and counseling of subordinates
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above in human resource management, psychology, statistics or related disciplines, preferably MBA
- For Manager above 6 years'consulting experience preferably in reputable consulting company, or with HR experience in corporation is desirable
- In-depth understanding of following areas: organization design, executive compensation, short term incentive, performance management, HR process, change management, HR technology solutions etc.
- Strong analytical skill with high commitment to quality client service
- Strong consultation and communication skills, self-initiation, good team player and willingness to work under pressure
- Mature, proactive and committed
- Excellent project management and interpersonal skills
- Excellent leadership and business development skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese, including both technical and business writing, good documentation and presentation skills
- Can accept business travel

作为经理，您将：
- 负责准确高质量执行人力资源咨询项目，包括组织架构设计、高管薪酬、短期激励计划、绩效管理、人事流程、变革管理和人力资源技术方案。
- 计划工作范围，监督、审查、指导参与人力资本项目的员工的工作
- 草拟报告供合伙人审阅，及时报告客户处发现的问题。
- 确保团队成员的工作和行为符合德勤政策和质量/绩效标准
- 参与主要客户的竞标工作，包括服务建议书的编制
- 管理监督高级咨询顾问和初级员工每日工作
- 负责团队行政管理、培训、下属员工的总体评估和辅导工作；
资格条件：
- 人力资源管理、心理学、统计学或其他相关专业大学或以上学位，工商管理硕士优先
- 经理需六年以上咨询公司咨询业务经验，著名咨询公司更佳，或公司内人力资源经验；
- 对以下领域知识：组织架构设计、高管薪酬、短期激励计划、绩效管理、人事流程、变革管理和人力资源技术方案等有深入理解
