- For our Infrastructure & Cities Sector in BEIJING,we are looking for a BSCE IC BT Senior Valve Engineer (Beijing) 北京西门子西伯乐斯电子有限公司（BSCE） 基础设施与城市（IC） 楼宇科技集团（BT） 高级阀门工程师 （工作地点：北京）

What are my responsibilities?
Responsibility:
1.High level mechanical design of valves, work out principle and overall scheme, compose design specification, avoid faults in design. 承担阀门的高层机械设计，研究原理和总体方案，编写设计说明书，避免设计失误。
2.Lead and push design work strictly in the schedule, pre estimate workload accurately, assign tasks reasonably, ensure the work could be completed on time. 推进设计工作按计划完成，准确预估工作量，合理安排任务，保证及时完成。
3.Carry out design work in compliance with the process control requirement, be familiar with the regulation concerned, compose the document required in phases, ensure authentic and timely. 按照流程控制要求推进设计工作，熟悉相关规则，编制不同阶段要求的各种文件，保证文件正确及时。
4.Organize team work on pre-studies, solution finding, feasibility analysis, overall design, component selection, supplier certification and testing, push the entire design work efficiently and successfully. 组织团队在预研究，方案研讨，可行性分析，总体设计，零件选型，供应商认证和试验等方面
5.Coach engineer via routine work, cultivate backup person. 在日常工作中培训低层级的工程师，培养后备人


What do I need to qualify for this job?
Requirement:
1.At least 8 years of experiences successful in valve development. Get the mastery of control valve, ball valve and butter-fly valve in design, test and application. 八年以上阀门开发经验，精通调节阀，球阀和蝶阀的设计和应用。
2.Thoroughly understand theories on flow, sealing, pressurization and structural strength. Be full of good ideas or solutions to make design reasonable, reliable and simple. 深入理解流动，密封，承压结构强度等方面的理论，在如何使设计更合理，更可靠和更简洁方面富于有丰富的知识。
3.Good understanding of the process of mechanical product development. 能够很好地理解机械产品的开发流程。
4.Skilled in flow simulation and stress analysis with associated software. 熟练使用相关软上学历，阀门，流体机械及相关领域优先。
5.Good command of English both in reading and writing, communicating in English smoothly. 在阅读和写作方面熟练使用英语，熟练使用英语。
