Job Description:
? Work with operations on logistics process compliance
? Work on continuous improvement projects to upgrade our logistics processes and drive efficiencies
? Develop Service Level Agreements for all customers to be owned by the commercial lead
? Act as an operational sparring partner to the WMS implementation manager
? Collect business requirements for each new WMS implementation as per the Tigers processes and templates
? Develop a solid configurable solution for new customers together with the WMS implementation manager
? Support the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of the configured processes
? Support the branch preparation for the go-live
? Identify and train branch level WMS operational super-users
? Act as a functional lead for branch level WMS operational super-users
? Transition customers and processes to local operations support


Requirements:
? Proven experience with logistics processes
? Proven experience as logistics supervisor and / or logistics project lead
? Proven experience with the end-to-end logistics customer implementation
? Ability to work independent and focused
? Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
? Ability to work at different levels of the organization
? Must be well organized and work towards tight deadlines
? Analytical mind that has the ability to interpret and draw relevant insights from various resources
? Is open to new approaches and alternative means in order to accomplish results despite setbacks
? Ability to build objective lines of rationales for action and present viewpoints assertively
? Understands and applies commercial and financial principles to improve performance
? Ability to work in a challenging and dynamic environment as a team player 举报 分享
