Job Responsibility

Detailed responsibilities include but not limited to:

1. Plans and procures materials and services according to production or project needs for selected commodities;

2. Solicits and evaluates quotations for parts and materials, responsible for commercial negotiation to;

3. Place purchasing orders and follow up deliveries by calling suppliers in case of delay;

4. Follow Suppliers and end users payment by preparing on time documents to Finance

5. Update PO delivery dates in system and communicate them to supplier and end users in case of schedule change,

6. Communicate and share useful information with others departments;

7. Business trip required.



Work Experience Requirements

1. At least 2 years' experience as buyer/planning officer (if possible in Industrial company);

2. Good negotiation and communication skills with suppliers;

3. Hardworking, serious and very organized;

4. Ability to work independently, self-motivated, disciplined and can work under high pressure;

5. Team player, strong sense of responsibility and ability to defend company interests;


Education & Language Requirements

1. University degree in International trade, Purchasing/Supply Chain (recommended),

2. Good computer skill (Excel, Word),

3. Fluent in both written and oral English;
