Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate Application Engineering team, break down the strategy of the global APE in Zug and local OEM ACR KAM
- Maintain APE project list with project hours, progress and targets.
- Develop standard and customized applications on various product platforms for key customer by implementing of systematic analysis, requirement identification, quality programming
- Work on specific OEM customer projects by giving advice and implementing application software for the end product.
- Define and lead standard HVACR library and application to follow global application engineering standard and PEP
- Support KAM and Regional Company sales in application knowledge as well as for customer visits and technical presentation.
- Provide necessary expert support to KAM and L3 sales in the region for HVACR applications, including regular training courses on programming and specific applications for key customer engineers and L3 engineers.
- Develop a close relationship with Marketing (KAM/PM) both within the COC as well as in the RC organizations, in addition with the R&D as well as Global PDM in Zug and the ACR PDM in the COC.
- Ensure a good working relationship with all other HQ groups but in particular with the China OEM ACR sales organization and other China HVP groups in particular its sales leadership.
- Continually update oneself with market and application trends in the industry as well as other influences such as government on Energy usage.
- Maintains good contact and relations with engineering Institutes and Universities to ensure market trends and knowledge are not lost to the company.

Job Requirements:
- Above 8 years working experience in HVAC\automation\electrical, at least 5 years of working experience in similar environment or in service, e.g. building automation, HVACR unit/system design/installation/control, etc.
- Have HVACR Industry / Market Sector Knowledge, especially be familiar in general with Control products in HVACR and application
- Good command of application programming (Software).
- Knowledge of refrigeration and district heating will be an advantage.
- Experienced in management or project management
- Have marketing knowledge would be an advantage
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Good communication skill
- Work experience in a multi-cultural environment would be an advantage.
