职位描述：
About the company:

Key Responsibilities:
？ Support CSSP category team to ensure the Value (saving) target is achieve by initiate & leading the deployment of sourcing strategy of ingredient category;
？ Responsible for monitoring and ensuring requests are processed for procurement of materials/goods, services and/or supplies for local use from various plant/location staff or a procurement/inventory management system for nondiscretionary, contracted spend, such as stock replenishment or planned spend;
？ With some oversight, works with plant/location staff to gather and interpret information and applies a general understanding of plant operations to provide general forecasting of medium term supply needs and ensures purchasing plan is aligned;
？ Conducts research and analysis (e.g. internal/external data from traditional and non-traditional/non-structured data sources) requiring an advanced understanding of operations and business requirements (e.g. product development plans, marketing projections for new products, planned product line expansions, etc.) as well as sourcing environment (e.g. suppliers, cost drivers, international market dynamics, geopolitical risk, import/export laws, etc) for BU;
？ With some oversight, manage process to select suppliers for procurement of non-contracted materials/goods, services and/or supplies which are considered non-leveraged, local spend (as defined by Strategic Sourcing policies) within moderate dollar limits including;
？ Responsible for relationship management for more significant local suppliers; with oversight, may develop and leverage existing local supplier partnerships;
？ Contacts supplier and takes actions to research variances with supplier contract terms and conditions (systemic quality or service problems, etc.).


Requirements:
？ Bachelor or master degree in Food Science/procurement chemical (any majors), Business / Commerce;
？ 3+ years procurement experience in Ingredient area;
？ Familiar with bid process, included but not limited to pre-qua, compile RFP documents, bid open, organize clarification meeting, support evaluation;
？ Experience with similar industry, working experience in a medium to large multinational or multi locations companies will be preferred;
？ Ability to multi-task;
？ Coordinate procurement work with project team and strategic sourcing department;
？ Demonstrated ability to track, manage and improve vendor performance;
