Job Summary
岗位概述
This role should familiar with the power plant production process and be responsible for supporting power plant commissioning .Meantime, he can lead the boiler improvement retrofit work.
熟悉火力发电厂生产流程，主要负责锅炉岛设备调试及提效改造相关工作。
Main Tasks
职责
The position tasks mainly include but not limited to:
主要职责，包括但不限于:
1. Provide technical support for boiler island cold/hot commissioning;
锅炉岛设备冷、热态调试技术支持
2. Undertake analysis of boiler equipment operational problems independently, such as slaging, corrosion and poor combustion , then provide optimized solutions.
能独立承担锅炉设备运行问题分析工作，如结焦、腐蚀、燃烧状况差等，并提供优化解决方案。
3. Undertake boiler efficiency test work independently. Find the key factor which damage the boiler efficiency and give reasonable solution;
能独立负责锅炉效率试验，针对影响效率的因素分析并提供解决方案。
4. Familiar with the save energy basic theory of power plant ,can provide reasonable suggestions whether design or operation period;
熟练掌握火电厂节能减排原理，在设计或运行阶段可以提供合理化建议。
5. Play the role of engineering manager for retrofit project, be responsible for internal /external technical cooperation and coordination;
可担任技术服务及改造项目的设计经理，负责与相关内外部配合方技术配合及协调;
6. Other tasks assigned by line manager.
积极配合领导分配的其它工作

Qualifications任职条件:
？ Thermal power, Environmental engineering, chemical engineering or related professional bachelor degree or above;
？ 热能动力、环境工程、化学工程等相关专业本科及以上学历；
？ Familiar with the technical norms and standards;
？ 熟练掌握相关专业技术规范和标准；
？ Has the good team cooperation spirit, strong sense of responsibility and a certain organization ability;
？ 具有良好的团队协作精神，很强的责任心和一定的组织协调能力；
？ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD is required;
？ 熟练掌握Office和AutoCAD等绘图软件；
？ More than 3 years power plant commissioning work experience, take part in commission projects more than 3;
？ 有3年以上电厂调试工作经历，参与工程3个以上；
？ Electric power research Institute work experience is preferred;
？ 电力调试所工作经验者优先;
？ Can undertake high-intensity work and travel frequently;
？ 能适应高强度工作，并能经常出差;
？ Good command of English skill is beneficial;
？ 英语水平良好优先;
？ Only candidates of power plant (boiler) commission experience are welcome to apply.

Working Schedule 工作时间
Min.7.5 working hour per day, min. 37.5 working hours per week, flexible working hour’s system 每天至少工作时间7.5小时，每周至少37.5小时，不定时工作制。

Primarily base at the company address in Beijing, China, travel to other locations as required.
