职位描述:
协助人力资源经理有效实施人力资源各项事务的开展,并独立负责相应模块人力资源工作。
工作职责:
一、协助制定人力资源管理规章制度
工作任务协助人力资源经理做好学校各项人事制度的编写、修改和推行工作。
二、人力资源规划与开发
工作任务配合人力资源经理掌握全校人员编制、用人计划和人事工作情况,负责学期、学年的人事统计工作。
三、招聘配置
1. 进行招聘渠道的拓展、维护及网络招聘信息的发布和更新。
2. 并按照各部门的招聘要求,进行简历筛选及初试人员的约见和选拔工作。
3. 按月、学期完成招聘情况分析报告及汇总。
四、培训开发
1. 协助人力资源经理及各部门完成每学年培训需求调查。
2. 协助人力资源经理制定学期、学年培训计划,具体负责各项培训计划的安排与实施。
3. 每次员工培训后及时组织员工对培训效果进行评估,同时做出培训效果分析报告。
五、绩效考核
1. 组织各部门实施员工业绩考核,并监督、审核考核内容、结果。
2. 每次考核后根据员工考核结果计算绩效工资。
六、薪酬福利
1. 负责每月员工薪酬、福利的发放工作。
2. 及时为员工办理社保、公积金并提交相关资料。
3. 每月发薪日后个税申报工作。
4. 外籍员工房租、机票报销工作。
5. 本部门预算费用等的记录统计工作。
七、员工关系
工作任务1. 负责办理员工入职离职、合同签订、转正定级、职称评定、推荐评优、调岗调薪等具体工作。
2. 做好全体员工的考勤考核,每月发薪日前做好考勤分析。
3. 负责学校人事档案的管理 , 及时、准确的录入员工信息,妥善保管员工档案。
八、外籍员工管理
务1. 协助人力资源经理做好外籍员工管理工作,如合同管理、招聘管理、培训管理、员工关系管理、新外教接机等工作。
九、其他
此职位需提供中、英文简历。
Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and develop suitable recruitment channels, prepare and update job advertisements
2. Lead the staffing process as required by departments, source candidates, pre-screen applicants, and shortlist candidates
3. Prepare monthly, semester recruitment reports
Training and development
1. Assist HR manager and departments to conduct needs analysis to identify training needs in the school year
2. Assist HR manager to develop semester/yearly training programs ,responsible for the organization and implementation of training programs
3. Generate training result evaluation and analysis reports for each training program
Performance appraisal
1. Arrange employees performance appraisals monitor process and review contents and results
2. Calculate performance based salary according to appraisal results
Compensation and benefits
1. Responsible for monthly payroll calculation
2. Handle employees social insurance and housing fund
3. Responsible for tax declarations after pay day
4. Review foreign employees' rent , airline ticket related applications
5. Update all necessary records such as department budget
Employee relations
1. Handle in & out , contract signing, probation management , appraisal and grading , position adjustment , etc..
2.Manage attendance and generate attendance analysis before pay day
3. Responsible for records keeping , ensure employees information and relevant files are entered and updated in a timely manner
International employees management
1. Assist HR manager to manage foreign employees related matters, such as contract management ,recruiting management ,training management ,employee relations and airport pick ups

任职资格:
1.教育水平本科或以上
2.专业人力资源管理、工商管理等专业,或与学校业务性质相关的其他专业
3.经验3年或以上相关岗位工作经验;通晓招聘配置、培训开发、薪酬福利、绩效考核、员工关系等模块
4.有一定的计划、组织、协调及沟通能力,具备流利的英文交流能力
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor degree or above;Human Resources management, Business Administration or relevant major
2.At least 3 years relevant experience
3.Experienced in human resources modules such as recruitment, training and development ,compensation and benefits ,performance appraisal, employee relations ,etc..
4.Strong organizational, management skills and excellent communication skills; fluent in English.
