Job Description

We need a confident, experienced and enthusiastic business consultant to join our sales team.
This is an exciting sales opportunity, with a large territory. You will manage key accounts and expand the business into new areas. We are looking for a skilled sales person with related industry experience in either training and coaching, recruitment or HR fields. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in sales and established network along with a passion for developing people and be capable of helping clients solve their development problems.

Responsibilities:

Manage and develop existing accounts
Open up new business opportunities
Write customised, high quality proposals
Negotiate and agree contracts
Achieve a sales quota

Skills:

Confident and effective communicator
Well organised
Optimistic and persistent in winning sales
Proficiency in English and Chinese

Experience and Education:

Minimum 8 years work experience
Significant track record in sales
University degree holder
Track record with multinational businesses
