职位描述：
Major Responsibilities:
Proactively leverage talent resources and channels from both internal and external to support business development in timely manner.
？ Provide consultancy support to client groups in terms of staffing, performance management, team restructuring, employee relationship/engagement, talent review/retention, HR data reporting & analysis and so on to achieve business objectives.
？ Guide line manager to conduct relevant procedures in each HR initiative and ensure compliance with local and group labor law, policy and regulations.
？ Build up solid partnership with client groups and provide strategic, practical and reliable consultation within group framework.
？ Work with HR Shared Services team, LTROD and Performance and Reward to ensure consistent and effective HR service is delivered to the business.
？ Any other ad-hoc HR tasks as assigned.

Incumbent Requirements:
Bachelor degree and minimum 5 years of Human Resources experience as HR Generalist in MNC. Banking industry is preferable.
？ Familiar with labor law and local regulations
