职位描述：
工作内容:
1. Describe in detail how tasks are assigned to the employee: There are multiple ways which tasks are assigned to the employee. One way is that weekly tactical tasks are broken down with the entire team during daily scrums and assigned by the team manager. Also the employee is expected to proactively self-assign tasks that are submitted as requests through the ticketing system by customer teams, and the employee can be assigned an overall project or business initiative where they are responsible for scoping, scheduling, and completing tasks based on a set of goals and expectations set by the team manager.

2. What form of direction or guidance is given to the employee? Response: The employee is given direction in the end goal of tasks and projects and the employee is expected to be proficient at identifying the best technical implementation, understanding or determining whom to collaborate across functional teams and organizations, and how to communicate when completed.
3. How is the work of each employee reviewed/approved? For example, is all of their work reviewed/approved or only certain types of work? Is the review/approval thorough or essentially a “rubber stamp” of the employee’s work? Are specific tasks reviewed/approved prior to the employee advancing to the next task in completing any given assignment? Response: work is reviewed based on complexity and level of risk to the environment/business. All low and medium complexity and risk work is reviewed by peers as requested by the employee. High risk or high complexity work may be reviewed by peers and manager as necessary.

4. How frequently does the employee seek approval from a manager while performing his/her duties? Response: Weekly or Monthly depending on the scope of work

5. Does the employee work independently without close supervision? Response: Employee works independently to complete work and is expected to manage multiple tasks and related schedules independently

1. Equivalent experience in technical operations or software engineering
2. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
