Main Accountabilities
1.Develop, propose and implement strategic plans for UPS sales in designate area, prepare area sales budget and ensure its accomplishment
2.Lead, guide and motivate sales team execute company strategy, policy and procedures, make great efforts to achieve all of business targets
3.Build-up strong network of distributors and intermediaries, manage intermediaries in accordance to ABB standards,
4.Study and follow up domestic market and market requirement, including market trend and competitors etc. prepare and propose product positioning and pricing in China and provide sales forecast
5.Good cooperation with cross functions, make sure the team response to market fast and efficient
6.Build up a strong and professional sales team, training and coach sales engineers
7.Ensure all business transactions in a manner that upholds the high ethical standards of the company and comply with relevant Acts and legal demands as well as ABB policies and directives
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
1.Bachelor’s Degree, and five years of related sales leader experience (in the field of power electronics or UPS would be of advantage)
2.Strong leadership skill, high level of integrity
3.Ambitious ,demonstrated initiative (self-starter)
4.Demonstrated ability to discuss problems and negotiate mutual agreements with customers
5.Excellent communication skills
6.Good English, both written and spoken
7.Familiar with PC, MS Office, Email (ideally with Lotus Notes), Internet. User knowledge of SAP would be a plus
