Objective of job
Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies with Brand Partner to support sales & MBFS finance penetration, acquisitions and profitability targets.
Develop a CRM process that will maximize customer retention and brand loyalty and demonstrate the value of MBFS to all stakeholders
Manage the pricing process, commssions structure and due diligence process for all MBFS business demonstrating the highest level of compliance and integrity to the MB Brand
Conduct market research to measure MBFS effectiveness in CSI & DSI and develop strategies and initatives to improve overall performance towards target
Task designation
1 Develop & maintain a close cooperation with BPs’ Marketing & CRM teams to meet or exceed targets of BPs and MBFS. Fully integrate MBFS product & services in BP marketing activities, events, dealer meetings, autoshows, etc.
2 Closely work with MBFS Regional Sales Teams to develop showroom POS materials and other marketing tools to position MBFS products and services as a value added part of the dealership sales process
3 Manage the pricing process to ensure RORAC targets are met or exceeded. Develop and review commissions structure and make adjustments to maximize volume and competitive position. Carry out the due diligence process for new business partners to ensure that MBFS transacts business with only those partners with a high level of business compliance and integrity.
4 Analyze CSI & DSI results and develop strategies and action plans to improve MBFS performance from both a customer and dealer perspective. Align results with those of the BP.
5 Develop periodic sales incentive program to dealership sales & finance consultants to motivate them to support the growth targets of MBFS.
6 Manage budget assigned to Marketing area within assigned OP targets per GM Sales & Marketing
Qualification required
University above
Over 8 years of experiences in sales, business development or marketing field
Over 5 years of management experience in auto retail and wholesale finance
Creative thinking and communication
Proved team leader besides being a good team player
Strong ownership and commitment
Target and result oriented
Excellent presentation and writing skills
Fluent Chinese and English skills
