职位描述:

The Sales Engineer has the responsibility, within the approved company policy, to deliver profitable sales for selected Xylem products and services of O-zone.

A) List the essential functions and major activities in order of their importance.

? To follow up key projects and maintain close relations with all decision makers and achieve the annual target.
? To identify potential customers of Filter in China and build up long term relations
? To make professional technical and commercial quotations, bidding documents, etc.
? To organize seminars, presentations to customers, consultants, contractors and designing institutes
? To report the daily activities and ensure they are in line with company policies, work hard to make solid progress in winning the projects, work very closely with all the related departments to implement the key initiatives to maximize the business growth.
? To support the after sales service issues with after sales service team.
? To keep on improving the project win rate, constantly evaluate the strategies in products, pricing, production, after sales services, and distribution channel. Feedback these evaluation to the related departments to improve.
? To implement the new product launch plan in the specified market and monitor the progress of the new product launch plan.
? On a timely basis to evaluate and report the progress of all the planned initiatives against the objectives to find the key issues, to work out the actions, to implement countermeasures if necessary.


Describe the Person

A) Minimum professional and educational background desired (include years of experience).

(1) Key technical skills and knowledge.

(2) Performance Measures/ KPIs


? At least 3 years demonstrated experience in sales in municipal industry or an engineering environment, it will be prefer if have the sales experience of Filter.
? Bachelor Degree is a must, Environment Protection Major is preferred.
? Work aggressive and to be able to work independently under pressure.
? Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
? A good team player with mature personality.
? Be able to read, write in English and speaking is a plus.
? Good at Computer MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
