Scope and Purpose:

The Marketing & Product Intelligence Analyst strongly involves and participates in the initiation, definition, planning, development, coordination, review, continuous improvement and administration of Product Management with the according processes & procedures of Jebsen Industrial. The position is reporting to PDM of SI&S with dotted line to JI MPDM.

He/ she takes initiative, involves and strongly contributes to gathering, prioritizing, analysing and filtering of in- and outputs for the following fields of intelligence:
- Market- & Customer intelligence
- Product intelligence

Job Requirement:

- Strong project management skill (ideally certified) is a requirement

-Person must have worked in related industry

-Science education and background

- Worked in MNC in strategic marketing and/ or top 5 market research and/ or top 10 strategy consultant companies

- Degree in Business Studies / Administration, &, or Economics BA or BSc

-Sound knowledge in product management, strategic marketing tools, and project planning tools

-Capable of writing up a market study report (in English) with good analytics support

-Fluent in English & Chinese both in writing & speaking

- Location of Work: BJ / SH

Tangible Deliverables:

- Regular Market intelligence snapshots report for Food / NH industry trends

-In-depth market analysis on based on CRM and external market data to PDM & BL

-Systemic archiving of primary & secondary data collected for Sales & RD access

-Generate income from Market research for external Customers

Intangible Deliverables:

-Generating ideas relating to businesses

-Constant communication with Sales / RD

- Meeting deadlines & follow JI policies & procedures

Granted Access to:

- Business Line CRM & Financial data

- Customer Visit Reports

-Business Plans / Strategy of individual businesses & business line

Responsibilities:

-Support PDM and BL in soliciting market – customer insights to support business strategy development

- Identify future market trends based on segment specific market data – demographics, big players move, regulatory change, & latest technology

-Coordination phase-in of business ideas into FI & NH segments & portfolio strategies

-Coordinate with JI MIU in market study projects for Principals / Customers
