Project Development Engineer

Objective of the position:
This position reports to Regional Manager, the target to set up this position is to support KAM to develop/follow up new projects, in-depth strengthen the relationship with the key accounts to make new businesses closed successfully.

Responsibilities:
? Support technical projects/activities and ensure good progress of these projects by working together with appropriate expertise in suppliers and using project management approach.
? Manage the projects database; analyze project data periodically on project development and track progress.
? Track competitive technology and identify new opportunities in the assigned key accounts. Initiate sample/performance and ensures broad technical knowledge of competition.
? Develop and establish project development plans/concepts to explore new business opportunities.
? Initiate, define and coordinate application development concept and activities in coordination with the respective KAM.
? Represent for technical meetings.

Qualifications:
? Bachelor in Chemical, Mechnical Engineering or equivalent.
? 3-5 years of experience either in the engineering plastics or in automotive industry responsible for plastics.
? In-depth knowledge of engineering plastics and technical know-how in automotive industry. Hands-on experience with plastic processing would be highly advantageous.
? Have experience in CRM system for customers/projects management will be a plus.
? Excellent ability of team work.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? Basic capability in English communication.
? Excellent computer skills, such as office.
? Willing to travel (60% of the time).
