After Sales Coordinator
We are looking for an After Sales Coordinator to responsible for coordinating of overhaul projects and repair jobs from sold order to planning. This position is placed in Shanghai, China. You report to Shanghai Operations Manager.
Your responsibilities
Overhaul
1. Coordination of new overhaul projects according to the overhaul process.
2. Coordinate repairs that are linked to overhaul works.
3. Be responsible for update Customer Internet Portals, for projects needed.
Repairs
4. Coordination of repair jobs according to the repair process.
Overhaul-, Repair and Spare part orders
5. Plan and update CO according to updated deliver schedules for CO acc. to M3.
6. Take care of action messages in M3 for CO.
7. Re-plan the CO and tell Tactical Purchase if something need to be corrected in DO/PO and Planner for corrected WO. Send revised order confirmation to the customer.
8. Send order confirmations to customer or after sales person.
9. Make sure the CO is sent on time.
10. Make sure safety stocks for AS, Overhaul, Repair and Spare parts are maintained.
Processes/Instructions
11. Inform and suggest updates to responsible process owner within the Global Organization for changes of Overhaul- and Repair processes and instructions when needed.
Other
12. Maintain Data in M3 that need to be updated.
13. Continuously work with improvement and deviations handling.
14. Be an expert in projects concerning overhaul logistics and repair issues.
The successful candidate has the following profile
Education & Job experiences:
? College degree above, major in mechanical machinery.
? 3 years of working experience in mechanical machinery industry.
? Experience relate to project management, tracking to order and delivery time.
? Good communication skill to cooperation with colleagues and customers.
? Good command of spoken and written English.
? Experience of ERP systems.
? Able to business travel frequently.
? Rail industry experience is an advantage but not essential.
Personal skills:
? Good team spirit. Positive working attitude.
? Able to work under pressure and challenge.
