销售技术支持主管Sales Technical Support-服装纺织
工作职责：
- 售前的技术咨询,配合销售人员对客户的应用方案提供技术引导；
- 对于销售客户产品的使用培训与技术指导；
- 产品使用中的问题分析解决以及解决故障的方案总结汇报，为所在单位做技术资料的积累；
- 负责解决客户的投诉受理并跟进执行结果，保障客户所有疑问都能得到及时解决；
- 负责组织制定客户服务的相关标准及服务流程，指导下属开展售后服务工作；
- 定期汇总产品品质情况，并做成内部调查报告。
职位要求：
- 大专以上学历，5年以上销售管理及技术支持相关工作经验，服装纺织/辅料相关行业经验；
- 具有优秀的组织管理、协调和沟通能力，富有工作热情；
- 具有快速的反应能力以及较强的分析及解决能力；
- 具备良好的人际沟通协调能力、团队合作能力；
- 良好的学习能力和服务意识，能承受较大工作压力；
- 熟悉企业经营管理理论和流程，能适应出差需要。
