Key Responsibilities:

 

Business Development and Management

1. Plan, organize and direct an efficient and effective campaign to secure Chinese business within the assigned territories to deliver financial targets through new sales, up-selling and renewals.

2. Develop a strong potential Chinese customer base across Indonesia through developing contacts at the highest level and anticipating client needs. Maintain contact with Chinese government departments operating in Indonesia.

3. Management of Chinese client Senior Executive relationships to acquire a comprehensive understanding of Chinese Clients business strategy and facilitate business development through alignment with International SOS medical and security solutions.

4. In conjunction with the Business Development Managers and China Global Account Managers, implement a client visit plan and maximize face-to-face Client sales time by arranging and facilitating support resources in an effective manner to drive client retention, renewal and account extension.

5. Monitor International SOS’ level of service quality in the provision of medical and security solutions to the designated client base across the region, and where needed, develop and help implement plans to address quality of issues or concerns.

6. Deliver forecasts for new business wins and/or RFQ’s to appropriate country managers, BDD or Head of Sales to assist with the allocation of support resources.

Sales Process

1.Develop appropriate sales action plans to achieve monthly and annual sales and business targets for new business, up selling and cross border targets.

2. Develop, communicate and roll-out sales stimulation initiatives to support the achievement of short-medium term goals and targets and client account development.

3. Evaluate weekly and monthly sales and pipeline reports through effective use of CRM software ensuring the information is accurate / updated. Manage the budget and forecast process of the Chinese EMI and corporate business within the area of responsibility.




Required Skills and Knowledge

1. Energy/Mining/Infrastructure (EMI) industry knowledge and experience working in and/or dealing with the emerging market and Chinese customers. EMI sector knowledge is a distinct preference and advantage although experience in the corporate environment is essential.

2. Able to demonstrate a proven track record of profitable sales growth in a corporate environment.

3. Strong sales background, with proven “hunter” attributes towards acquisition of new business and exemplary levels of client care and focus in account management to drive extension business and build relationships across all levels of the client.

4. Exposure to working in a cross-border engagement sales environment including previous working experience selling to emerging markets from within a strong matrix culture

3. Excellent numeric, written and oral communication skills in both English and Chinese.

7. Solid understanding of Chinese customer needs and strong links back to China corporations and entities

工作职责

业务开发和管理

1. 计划、组织和领导职责区域内面向中国客户的商业推广,通过新合同签订、销售追加和合同更新实现销售目标。

2. 通过最大限度的与客户建立联系并有效预测客户需求,开发印度尼西亚优质的中国客户。建立和维护与中国在印尼政府部门(如:中国使领馆)的有效联系。

3. 管理和维护中国客户高管层的关系,全面了解中资客户的商业策略,通过使之与国际SOS形成医疗和安全解决方案战略联盟,帮助客户实现业务发展。

4. 与中国区销售总监共同实施客户拜访计划,通过有效安排各类辅助资源,实现与客户面对面交流,以有效的方式推动客户保留、客户服务延长和账户延期。

5 向中国区销售总监提供新的商业合作与/或RFQ的相关预测,以协助完成相关支持资源的合理分配。

销售环节

1. 建立适当的销售计划,实现月度和年度新合同签订、销售追加和合同更新的销售目标。

2. 建立、宣传并实施销售激励活动,帮助实现短期销售目标及客户开发。

3. 对每周和每月销售渠道报告进行评估,有效使用CRM软件,确保信息准确和及时更新。在职责范围内,管理中国EMI和普通企业类客户的预算和预测流程。




职位要求:

1. 具有能源/矿产/基础设施建设行业的相关知识,能源市场和与中国客户的工作经验。必须拥有企业工作经验的同时,有EMI行业相关知识是将是很大的优势。

2. 优秀销售业绩。

3.销售类背景,对新业务并购具有敏锐的销售嗅觉、出色的客户关怀和通过客户管理实现业务发展和关系建立的能力。

4.接触过跨国销售,在多元文化新兴市场中的销售类工作经验。
