Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality routine secretarial assistance for all sections of GSS IT in China
* Arrange section team building, outing and social activities
* Support and coordinate logistics for meetings
* Support business travel including air ticket, hotels and etc.
* Develop and maintain filing and archiving
- IT Procurement
* Handle IT hardware and software purchase orders of Greater China, including ordering, tracking, payment handling and etc.
* Support procurement tasks for IT projects, including vendor selection, negotiation, contract review, payment and etc.
* Maintain OAE database
* Maintain IT inventory database and generate inventory report
* Manage IT inventory in stock
* Support yearly IT budget process
* Recycle IT equipment
- Be HSE coordinator
* Co-ordinate all Health, Safety and Environment issues and tasks at GSS IT
* Assisting in office HSE tour, local HSE evaluation, Risk Assessment annual review and assisting section managers in following up corrections and improvements.
* Be responsible for HSE reporting
- Assist on other assigned tasks according to section business needs

Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree, major in Computer is preferred
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in similar roles. Has experience in IT procurement or secretary position.
- Have proficiency in English – spoken and written is a must
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite (Excel, Word and SharePoint)
- Be customer-oriented and have effective communication skills
- Good at time management
