职位描述：
工作职责：
-协助制定并落实公司各业务流程标准。
-监督并执行总部及分公司经理制定各政策/规章制度。
-负责统筹分公司内部管理工作，协调各部门之间工作关系。
-维系公司内部各部门及员工相互关系，构造良好的人际关系。
-协助分公司经理完成日常工作。
1. 定期安排分公司会议/分公司管理会议，并汇总各部门会议资料，做好会议记录；
2. 协助分公司经理下达各种指令，准确无误传达各部门；
3. 协助人事行政做好后勤管理；
4. 协助组织分公司各类活动。
-负责审核分公司各部门递交报表完成情况。
-负责完成分管内的各向工作及分公司经理办交办的其它临时性工作。

要求：
-两年以上相关工作经验。
-出色的沟通及书写能力。
-善于倾听。
