- For our Infrastructure & Cities Sector in BEIJING,we are looking for a BSCE IC BT (Beijing) Sourcing Engineer 北京西门子西伯乐斯电子有限公司(BSCE) 基础设施与城市(IC) 楼宇科技集团(BT) 采购工程师 (工作地点：北京)

What are my responsibilities?

1. Mass production

To consolidate supplier and to sign frame purchase contract with qulified supplier. Support other functions any short of delivery or quality gap issues.

2. Localization

To indentify supplier, sign pro-type agreement with supplier and setup efficient communciation between BSCE and supplier to eliminate potiential risk and extra cost

3. Backup Suppliers

To be familiar with market siutuation, setup backup supplier resource to scecure permanent supplies with competitive terms

4. ERP-IT Tools

To Maintain ERP system in time

5. Cost Deduction Driven

Push design to cost / target cost process to attain the target costs for materials; to reduce total material costs by fulfilling the required functions.

6. Purchasing Strategies

Provide input in developing and implementing of purchasing strategies to have influence at supplier level and thus provide competitive proposals for product improvements.

7. New Suppliers Development

Market analysis to acquire new suppliers and new technologies in the deployment of suppliers.

8. Suppliers Management

Carrying out supplier evaluation to concentrate on the best suppliers and improve the current supplier base.

9. Risk Management

Risk management in procurement to prepare risk analysis; Analyze risks, reduce risks and monitor the measures taken for reduction

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1. Understand major company process and being able to use modern supply chain concept in daily operation

2. Has a good command of English and Mandarin Chinese

3. Purchasing knowledge

4. Technical knowledge (strong in electronics)

5. IT - Tools and methods e.g. ERP, MRP

6. Negotiation Skills

7. Project management

8. Typically 3-5 years of successful experience in related field and successful demonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented above.

9. At least 3 years experiences in Project Management of R&D and New Product Introduction which is intensively associated with strategic buyer

10. 3 years international experience and the capability to negotiate and to operate in different cultures
