- For our Infrastructure & Cities Sector in BEIJING,we are looking for a BSCE IC BT International Buyer (Beijing) 北京西门子西伯乐斯电子有限公司（BSCE） 基础设施与城市（IC） 楼宇科技集团（BT）国际采购（工作地点：北京）

What are my responsibilities?

- Purchase materials for production and work with planning team to ensure a reasonable stock level.

- Work with Strategic procurement dept to keep a good business relationship with supplier.

1. Purchase order release to supplier according to material forecast, current work order reservation and also consider supplier delivery performance.

2. Material supply scheduling control to ensure reasonable stock level.

3. Material availability control according to material forecast and sales order intake.

4. Supplier delivery performance evaluation and supplier performance improvement

5. VMI (vendor management inventory) project implementation

6. Supplier payment application

What do I need to qualify for this job?

- Professional knowledge in purchasing operation and supplier management.

- Material Planning and inventory level control

- International Trade knowledge

- Strong data analysis

- SAP knowledge of purchasing operation

- > 2 years working experience in electronic manufacture

- > 2 years working experience in international purchase operation

- Worked in different corporate cultures

- Bachelor degree or above in international trade or management.

- Fluent English skill.
