- For our Healthcare Sector in BEIJING, we are looking for a 销售主管(北京)

Sales Supervisor (Beijing)


What are my responsibilities?

1.业务获得 Gaining business

开发客户,负责报价、谈判及提供解决方案并进行后续跟进以完成公司下达的销售指标及其它项目工作;

Getting customer, quoting, negotiating, providing solution and following to accomplishing sales target and project assigned.

2.客户关系管理 Customer relationship management

协调售前及售后服务,与客户保持及时有效的沟通,定期拜访客户、帮助区域内的客户对其销售状况进行分析、规划和配合开发,培训客户,全面提高客户的综合素质和营销能力,与其它部门协调合作,落实合同与协议的执行,出货的及时及准确率以确保客户的忠诚度及满意度;

Coordinating pre and after service, keeping effective communication with the customer, visiting customer regularly in order to assist them analyze their sales situation, programming and developing channel, training customer, raising customer comprehensive competitor and marketing ability, coordinating with other department to fulfill contract, delivering goods duly and correctly, to ensure customer’s royalty and satisfaction.

3.业务开发 Developing business

积极开发新客户和新渠道,推广公司的新产品以确保业务的增长;

Developing new customer and channel, promoting new product, to ensure business growth.

4 .基础培训 Basic training

负责区域内对客户基础的产品培训,促进知识和信息的传播。

Be responsible for basic product knowledge training of customers to promote the spread of knowledge and information.

5.销售计划及审核 Drawing sales plan and checking

负责拟议公司指派地区的市场规划和销售(促销)计划以完成所指派地区的销售任务;

In charge of drawing marketing plan and promotion plan to accomplish the target in region.

6.市场信息管理 Collecting marketing information

负责收集所辖区域的市场信息包括竞争对手的情况,及时主动反馈给公司并提出有益的建议以确保公司有效的战略部署;

Collecting marketing and competitor information, passing the information back to the company with suggestion if need, to ensure the effectiveness of company stratgy.


What do I need to qualify for this job?

1. 市场营销、医学、电子等相关专业本科学历。

Bachelor degree, majoring in marketing, medical, electrics or relevant subject.

2. 五年以上经销商拓展、协调、管理方面的销售经验,协助经销商拓展、管理市场的经验;

Above 5 years wording experience in sales, marketing or management section.

3. 三年以上合资或独资企业工作经验

Above 3 years working experience in JV or foreign company.
