What are my responsibilities?
- Identification / analysis of potential risks / opportunities (together with Executive Management, where applicable)
- Alignment, monitoring and follow up of policies and guidelines for own area of responsibility;
- Integrating Compliance into day-to-day operations, strategic business decision making and personnel processes;
- Securing understanding of Compliance and integrity by continuous training and knowledge transfer to business
- Implementation of respective Compliance Communication strategy
- Measuring and monitoring implementation, effectiveness and continuous improvement of Compliance system
- Prompt reporting of compliance issues and misconduct
- Supporting of Investigations / Legal and case tracking
- Coaching and developing employees according to the requirements of a high-performance compliance system incl. succession planning

What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Experience for 5+ years in business responsibility; desirable experience: legal background, controlling and governance role
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, etc.
- Fluency in English (oral and written)
- Team work experience
- Advanced Presentation Skills
- Advanced Communication skills
- Advanced Risk Management
- Dedication to high ethical standards
- Clean record of compliance issues
- No conflict of interest with other functions performed for Siemens
