银行柜员Teller

Job Summary

To Introduce Consumer Banking and Corporate transactional banking services to customers of ANZ; setting up a professional window image of ANZ and welcome walk-in clients.


Job Responsibility

· Establish strong working relationships with internal customers and stakeholders to understand their current and future needs.

· Client welcoming and briefing ANZ service and product where necessary

· Immediate escalation of any transactions or situations that senior management should be reasonably aware of such as customer disputes and conflict, fraud, or erroneous transactions that could result in a loss to ANZ

· Cross sell of PBB and other bank products and services where necessary

· Ensure compliance with relevant

- ANZ internal policies and procedures

- PBOC/SAFE/CBRC regulations, policies and procedures

· Understand and maintain a knowledge of ANZ systems

· Take on relief duties for colleagues when required



Job Requirements

· A degree in accounting/finance

· English speaking qualification is preferred

· At least one year working experience as a counter is preferred

· Excellent communication skills (in both English and Chinese) on customer related issues

· Sales experience or experience working with English first language speakers is a plus

· Professional and proactive customer services attitude and Professional and neat personal presentation

· Familiarity with basic consumer and corporate transactional banking products and services

· Technical competency in processing PBB type transactions

· Strong working knowledge of MS Office suite of software products
