The Account Officer will process account opening/maintain/close under regulatory requirements and provide responsibility and accurate on account opening/maintenance and closure. These have to be processed as per local regulatory policy and have to ensure responsible & accurate telling service by maintaining & applying an up to date knowledge of transaction banking policies, practices, procedures and law.

All transactions need to be completed accurately and all customer correspondence has to be friendly and responsive. The candidate will provide accurate advice & assistance to any customer enquiries or refer them promptly to Account Manager for handling.

Qualifications:
- Have good understanding of banking process and documents compliance checking process
- Sound knowledge of local international practice for overseas remittances, local transfer, draft & traveller cheques
- Sound knowledge of group policies & procedures
- Excellent customer service skill
- Sound knowledge of problem solving skill
- Ability to process account related issue
- Ability to accurately & efficiently process cash transaction
- Understanding of standard & preferential fees & commissions
- System knowledge & experience, including ANZ link
- Computer literacy
- Attention to detail & finishing skills
- Excellent Customer Services skill
- Understanding of Banking rules & regulation
- Good supervisory and communication skills
- Good planning, problem solving & organising skills
