职位描述：
Following the requirements of the curriculum, develop instructional plan; ensure instructional plans are completed as scheduled； communicate with the parents， manage classroom; Develop new ASA courses; Organize research activities; organize various activities in Chinese Language Arts and Chinese culture
A. Develop instructional plan in line with requirements of the curriculum
1. Develop instructional plan according to the requirements of new curriculum and teaching schedule
2. Adjust and improve the instructional plan after discussing with the principal
B. Ensure instructional plans are completed as scheduled
1. Ensure teaching tasks are completed in accordance with the instructional plan
2. Implement the instructional plan; adjust the teaching schedule according to actual conditions
3. Utilize available display space effectively
C. Communicate with parents
1. Meet with parents to discuss any problems if necessary
2. Enable regular communication with parents regarding student progress
D. Classroom management
1. Oversee student discipline
2. Guide and supervise students to complete their work on time.
E. Develop new ASA courses
1. Develop ASA courses according to one's strengths and needs of the school
2. Arrange and design ASA curriculum contents and teaching methods, and manage students behavior in the classroom.
F. Conduct teaching and learning activities
1. Conduct various teaching and learning activities according teaching contents
2. Share ideas and materials developed
G. Conduct the various activities about Chinese Language Arts and Chinese culture
1. According to the teaching content and then conduct various Chinese teaching activities.
2. According to the China traditional festivals conduct the different forms of celebration activities.
H. Others
1. Share ideas over teaching and education with the principal.
2. Other jobs assigned by the principal or the school
Qualification
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. Education, Primary Education or relevant
3. At least 3 years relevant experience, possess a teaching license
4. Understand the requirements of the new curriculum standard, and know clearly what
is bilingual schools need. Can be combined with the actual situation of the targeted
adjustment of teaching content and form.
