岗位职责：

1、检查车间各种设备安全隐患，推行TPM的实施，负责设备维护、改善和新设备的选型，验收等工作；

2、负责新模具的工艺开发及生产评估，按计划完成试模工作。负责生产工艺不良分析、解决及改善，降低产品率。对外协进行技术支持和工艺督察；

3、负责车间各项改善，确保改善成果的实施和改善节省的有效；负责提高车间的生产效率，降低非生产性工时，提高车间的有效工时利用率；

4、负责车间的5S，定期检查并汇报；负责培训车间领班及新员工并记录。

职位要求：

1、本科以上学历，高分子材料相关专业；

2、三年以上相关工作经验，熟悉注塑生产加工工艺；

3、具有塑料加工的深厚理论基础及丰富的实际生产经验；

4、具备团队合作精神，认真负责；

5、具有良好的英语能力和沟通能力。
