职位描述：
Key Responsibility:
· Provide coaching and support to assure product and process quality of supplied parts. Support Purchasing-, Development-, Quality- and Logistics departments on all sourcing activities related to parts quality and supplier quality management.
· Coach and support for supplier evaluation within the supplier selection process with the focus on product and process quality, quality management system and manufacturing technologies.
· Steering and monitoring of QMT part for new vehicle projects according to agreed Quality Processes and requirements
· Coach to lead and organize a Launch team (coordinate the Logistic-, Purchasing and QMT activities), puts counter measurements in place and verify the in time implementation.
· Support to buy off of parts, tooling and checking devices at the supplier location during the build phases.
· Enable QMT part preparation and release of Process Series, ramp up curve and ISIR-Procedure (PPAP)
· Coach and support for Product and Process Audits at suppliers, Supplier Requalification’s.
· Enable SQA for problem solving responsibility in the PMP process for topics related to supplier production processes.
· Coach for cross functional issues also relating to other technical areas and lead the problem solving

Qualification:
· Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or related field
· Minimum 5-years automotive experience preferably in Supplier Quality Departments.
Experience in a technical field relate to SQE Manual transmission & Engine at automotive OEM or supplier in Project phase before SOP and series production
· Well-founded knowledge of industrial production processes, sound knowledge of process engineering and Process Development & Series Production.
· Well Known of ISO/TS164949 quality system, and master 5 quality tools APQP/PPAP/FMEA/SPC/MSA
· Good command of written and spoken English
· High flexibility and mobility, high stress tolerance. Willing to Travel.
· Good problem solving skills and presentation skills
· Experience in a technical field relate to SQE Specialist Chassis Brake&Suspensions system ,SQE Manual transmission & Engine, SQE Lock system at automotive OEM or supplier in Project phase before SOP and series production 举报 分享
